Need Grass Now will not assume responsibility for the following problems or situations. Erosion problems due to heavy washing rains or over irrigation, failure of dirt work / sloped areas, failure of performance or germination of grasses in areas that are shady and have acidic soils surrounded by pine or cedar trees, poorly prepared seed beds, areas with existing vegetation, soil with high clay or iron ore content. Be aware Bermuda will not perform well when sowed on clay or iron ore. Need Grass Now will not assume any responsibility for germination of weeds from pre existing conditions. Need Grass Now will make reasonable recommendations for optimal performance and growing conditions noted under the site plan. Failure to follow the action plan, and provide after care and maintenance resulting in an adverse effect will not be the responsibility of Need Grass Now. Property owners or contractors will be responsible for making necessary repairs or installation of irrigation systems prior to the installation of hydro mulching. Need Grass Now will not assume any responsibility for damage to irrigation systems. Need Grass Now recommends an irrigation system for optimal performance of grasses. Need Grass Now will not be responsible for rye or competing grasses becoming dominant. Proper site preparation will not be the responsibility of Need Grass Now unless otherwise noted in the site plan. Need Grass Now will not assume responsibility for other companies that are referred to provide ancillary services. Need Grass Now will not assume liability for improper selections of soil additives, erosion techniques and failure of grasses due to improper weed control and fertilization. Need Grass Now reserves the right to withdraw estimate or refuse services prior the the commencement of hydro mulching. Price is subject to change based on increase in the size of the project or due to the disturbance of additional soil in the course of construction or demolition. Failure to adhere to PH correction instruction resulting in an undesired effect will not be the responsibility of Need Grass Now. Reasonable attempts will be mad to avoid overspray of hydomulching into pools, on homes, vehicles, etc. Need Grass Now will not be responsible for any damages or claims arising from overspray. It is the property owners responsibility to make accommodations prior to Need Grass Now’s arrival and installation. Payment is due in full at the time of service, payment may be made in the form of cash or check.
